How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link shortly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Houtine Pro → Cancel. On Android, go to Play Store → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, contact our support.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account and data deletion on our Data Deletion page.
How many family members can I add?
Houtine Pro supports up to 5 family members. Each member has their own routines and points.
