Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your Houtine account and data

What will be deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All routines, goals, and tasks you created
  • Points history and rewards
  • All family member data associated with your account

What we may retain

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked to you, and records required for legal compliance (e.g., billing history for a limited period).

Delete your account in the app

  1. 1 Open the Houtine app (Android or iOS) or sign in at app.houtine.com as the account owner.
  2. 2 Tap Menu, then Account settings.
  3. 3 Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and your personal data is anonymized. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled in that store.

How to request deletion

Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Houtine account.
